Middle East Relocation Advice

                              Middle East Relocation Advice

If you want to relocate but need some advice, please tread carefully. Many recruiters profess to know this market but few really do!!

Developing your career overseas can be an exciting and rewarding adventure. You will get the opportunity to experience different cultures, countries and lifestyles whilst continuing to further your career.

In 2007, 340 000 British citizens left the UK to start a new life abroad. This equates to one every two minutes and the main reason for this migration is work.

At global we recognise the need for international organisations to take advantage of the excellent international talent pool and also recognise the desire of a large proportion of Western professionals to experience living and working overseas.

The Gulf is a prime destination for Western Expats. Very little crime, excellent weather, no tax and great schooling are just some of the reasons why you may be considering a move. The GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) which comprises of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman has an expat population which accounts for 37% of the 35 million of people living in these six countries.
At  global we make it our business to visit every country that we work with, unlike many other recruiters we will not and cannot advise on relocation issues when we have not personally been to the region / country in question. At m2r we amass over 45000 miles every year in our quest to keep up to date with cultural and commercial developments in the GCC. We can then pass this information onto you.
So, bear this in mind when you are choosing a recruitment company to represent you, we have heard many horror stories and we will ensure you do not become one.
